Tables and 175 chairs are included in the rental. The house is fully air conditioned and handicapped wheelchair ramp is accessible from the parking lot.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is required one month prior to your event. This is completely refundable if you leave Nunnlea the way you found it.
You may choose your own caterer - liability insurance required.
When you plan your event at Nunnlea, you have full use of the house and grounds. You may set up a tent and set up tables and chairs in the gardens or on the porches. Wedding ceremonies can take place on the front porch, in the wedding garden, or in one of the lovely interior rooms.
There is no extra charge for your wedding ceremony if you also plan your reception with us.
